Well, you know me! I don't cook anymore, but I love food! Maybe I could wax poetical about The Philosopher's fajitas. ;-)

Growing up I lived with my Great Grandparents. My Great Grandfather made breakfast for dinner every Friday night. Pancakes with fried eggs on top...or sausage gravy and biscuits...or oatmeal with fresh fruit and lots of toast on the side. Maybe I should think about bringing back that old tradition.

The other night, Bryan made this... salsa?... out of avocados, strawberries, onions, cilantro, black pepper, jalapenos, and lime juice. Sounds weird, but it was GOOD. So we had a little left over, and mom made this omelette with eggs and that salsa (not even any cheese!)... and a slice of gently-buttered toast. Delightful.
